    We specialise in all types of electrical work DOMESTIC, COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL, we fully install Split System Air-conditioners - plumbing and electrical. We offer excavation and trenching with our tight access excavator and our experienced operator.

Buggzy's - 24 hour emergency service to get you going again no matter what time it is.

  • How do you normally charge for your service?

    Most of the time we are able to visit your property and give you a quoted price. Depending on the job this might not be possible, then we charge an hourly rate for our labour plus materials. We normally work in a 2 man team for efficiency and quality of works. When a job only requires one person, you only get charged for one person.

  • What makes your pricing competitive?

    Jobs are completed by qualified and experienced tradesman, not a 1st year apprentice. We are able to complete the job faster and do a better job using our experience.

    What do we know about smart meters? Well a lot actually, to sum them up, they are a great advance in metering in Victoria and offer a lot of advantages, which will become more available once retailers have invested in the new technology. All smart meters have been tested to meet the Australian standards and calibrated for accuracy.

  • How can a customer save money before Buggzy's start the work? Inside TIPS!

    Call us as early as possible, include us in the planning for your job, we are happy to visit your property and look over your project which will enable us to give you helpfull advise on design and ideas. This will also ensure the electrical works are completed in the correct order which will ensure efficiency and save you money.

Clean up around your house and where possible, move furtinture and belongings so that we dont have to spend time moving them before we can start your job.

Write down a list of the jobs you need completed so we can easily tick off the jobs as they are completed and nothing is forgotten.

Have any parts which you are supplying, ie Fans and lights - ready for us on site. Please dont remove items from their packaging as you may loose bolts/screws and paperwork.

  • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

    Nathan - "When I was 5 my mother has photos of my sitting om front of a cardboard box selling model tractors and parts to my family, by 14 I was gathering willow branches at the local creek and using them to build bows and arrows to sell at the Sunday market.

I used money i earned from this to buy second hand toys, tools and gadgets which i would pull apart and learn how they worked and what could be done with electricity.

It was obvious at the age of 18 that the only career path for me was going to be with electricity so I looked around and was fortunate enough to be offered an apprenticeship in Ballarat Victoria which I completed in 2008

I started my business Buggzy's Electrical in January 2008 and by the end of 2010, we had made over 1 million dollars in sales. Our stance in our industry has only gained emphysis over recent years which has enabled the business to expand and invest in its setup, staff and training. I love my job and nothing makes me feel better than seeing a customer happy with the work we have completed."
