We specialise in the supply and installation of split system air conditioners. Heating & cooling done by our own qualified tradespeople not subcontractors. Same-day completion guaranteed.
Ballarat winters are cold and summers are hot. A reverse cycle split system handles both efficiently and quietly.
Reverse cycle units provide both heating and cooling, keeping your home comfortable through Ballarat's cold winters and warm summers all from a single system.
Inverter-type split systems are the most energy-efficient form of electrical cooling and heating available. New technology means they run quieter with greater output using less electricity.
All new units we supply use the latest R32 refrigerant significantly safer for the environment and offering the best energy efficiency of any refrigerant currently available.
Modern split systems are designed to run almost silently. No noisy compressors in the living space just consistent, comfortable temperature all day and night.
Don't let upfront cost stop you from staying comfortable. Use Zip to pay off your new system over time with flexible weekly, fortnightly, or monthly repayments.
Every installation includes a Certificate of Electrical Safety and a plumbing compliance certificate all legally required and included in our price as standard.
We make the whole process simple. Our team handles everything from selecting the right unit to completing the full installation on the same day.
We come to your property, assess the space, and recommend the right size and brand for your needs no obligation.
We help you select the best unit from leading brands at competitive prices. We pass our buying power savings on to you.
Our qualified electricians and refrigerant plumbers complete the full installation in one visit saving you time and money.
You receive all compliance certificates on the day, plus 5-year manufacturer and lifetime workmanship warranties.
Installation types vary depending on your building design and where you want the units positioned. We can complete all types from simple to complex.
The most common and cost-effective installation. Indoor and outdoor units are positioned back-to-back through an external wall, with minimal pipework runs.
We regularly complete installations in multi-storey homes and developments, running lines through wall cavities and roof spaces as required.
When ground or wall space is limited, we can mount the outdoor unit on the roof keeping the installation tidy and out of the way.
Where the outdoor unit needs to be placed away from the indoor unit we run lines through internal wall cavities for a clean, hidden result.
We install split systems in offices, shops, and commercial spaces across Ballarat with minimal disruption to your operations.
Got an old system that's failing or inefficient? We remove the old unit and install a new energy-efficient system complete with updated compliance certificates.
We have access to all the best brands on the market. Due to our buying power, we can pass savings directly on to you.

Follow these steps before lodging any warranty claim.
Make sure your unit is set to the right mode. In winter use HEATING, in summer use COOLING. Check your remote control or owner's manual.
Dirty filters are the #1 cause of poor performance. Remove filters, rinse under water, dry fully and replace. Also check nothing is blocking the outdoor unit.
If the issue continues after Steps 1 and 2, call Buggzy's before contacting the manufacturer. We must inspect the unit before any warranty claim can proceed.
All units include a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Buggzy's must inspect the unit before a warranty request is lodged. Do NOT contact the manufacturer directly repair costs may be passed on to you.
Once we confirm a warranty issue, Buggzy's lodges the claim and manages all paperwork from start to finish.
Important: Keep your invoice, Certificate of Electrical Safety and this guide together. You will need all three for any warranty claim.
